Built On Ten Years Of Doing It Properly
James has spent ten years in the exterior cleaning trade, learning where the shortcuts are and choosing not to take them. Beas Knees Pressure Washing Ltd (company number 15715511) was set up to give homeowners and property managers one accountable contact for the whole outside of a building.
We help homeowners who are tired of looking at a green roof, a streaked render wall or a driveway that has gone black; landlords and letting agents who need a property presentable before a viewing; and commercial sites that need graffiti gone or gutters cleared before winter.
What we specialise in

Roofs are scraped or softly washed and treated with biocide. Render is soft washed, never blasted. Block paving is washed under controlled pressure and rejointed. Nothing is put under a lance that should not be.

Working at Height and Rooftop Awareness certified, Asbestos Awareness certified, IPAF and PASMA carded, with reach and wash used from the ground wherever it gives the better and safer result.
