When you submit an estimate request or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in and any details or photographs you choose to send about the job.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange, carry out and invoice work you book with us.
- To honour guarantees and arrange any re-clean under our satisfaction policy.
- To keep records we are required to keep as a limited company.
We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on the performance of a contract once you book work. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business, for example our enquiry and messaging system, payment providers used to take card, Stripe, GoCardless or bank payments, and our accountant. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for as long as any guarantee runs, up to eight years on Nexus Titan jointing, and for the periods required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time.
