The terms that apply to quotes and work carried out by Beas Knees Pressure Washing Ltd. They are written plainly so there are no surprises on the day.

1. Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Every quote is valid for 7 days from the date it is issued. Quotes are prepared from a site visit, a Google Earth review for larger jobs, or photographs you supply for smaller jobs; if the condition on site differs materially from what was assessed, we will agree any change with you before starting.
2. Deposits
Any work over £250 requires a 50% deposit to confirm the booking and reserve the date.
3. Materials
Materials must be paid for in full on agreement of the works and the date. This covers items ordered specifically for your job, such as Nexus Titan jointing compound.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking. Outside that window, deposits and payments made for materials are non-refundable.
5. Payment methods
We accept cash, bank transfer (BACS), card in person, Stripe, and GoCardless for regular or repeat customers.
6. Guarantees
- Roof cleaning: 2-year moss-return guarantee.
- Render cleaning: 2-year guarantee.
- Patio jointing with Nexus Titan: 8-year guarantee on the jointing compound.
- Satisfaction guarantee: if you are not 100% happy with any work, we will return and re-clean free of charge.
No weed-return guarantee is offered on any surface. Guarantees apply to the work as carried out and do not cover damage caused by third parties, structural defects, or changes to the property after completion.
7. Access, water and safety
Please provide clear access to the areas being cleaned and to an outside water supply where one is needed. Vehicles, furniture and fragile items should be moved before we arrive. Work at height is carried out under our Working at Height, Rooftop Awareness, IPAF and PASMA training, and from the ground wherever the reach and wash system gives the safer result.
8. Insurance and liability
Beas Knees Pressure Washing Ltd holds £5,000,000 public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing defects revealed by cleaning, such as failed pointing, loose tiles, cracked render or perished sealant, though we will always point them out to you.
