Fascia and soffit cleaning is the removal of algae, mould, cobwebs and general grime from the uPVC and timber that frames your roofline, fascias, soffits, bargeboards, the exterior of the guttering itself, downpipes, cladding and any exposed uPVC. It is done with the reach and wash system, using purified water fed through a pole, so the whole roofline is cleaned from the ground without a ladder against the house.
This is the part of a house that gets dirtiest fastest and is noticed least, because nobody looks up. Soffits in particular sit in permanent shade under the roof overhang, which is exactly where algae and black mould grow best.
